Category 6 and 5E Patch Cables

Designed to maintain signal integrity, HellermannTyton offers a full line of high quality patch cables. These products are critical to the performance of the entire system, as inferior patch Cables are the weak links in any compliant system. HellermannTyton offers one style of Category 6 patch Cables and two styles of Category 5e patch Cables. These patch Cables have been thoroughly tested and guarantee the same high standard as the HellermannTyton connectivity hardware. HellermannTyton patch Cables are available in 3, 5, 7, 10, 14 and 20 or 25 foot lengths in blue, yellow, green, red and gray.

Category 6 GigaBand Patch Cables

The HellermannTyton Category 6 patch cord features a clear snagless plug latch, which also protects the identification label. Not only does it prevent tangles when pulling in tight areas, but it also shields the ANSI/TIA/EIA-606-A labeling area. The plug is clear with a colored cable.

The patented Category 6 patch cord is a key component in the GigaBand system. The unique orientation of the pairs helps reduce and control near-end crosstalk (NEXT) and far-end crosstalk (FEXT) within the system.

Each Category 6 patch cord contains a strip of 16 self-adhesive clear labels for identification (voice, data, LAN and fax labels).

Category 5e Megaband Patch Cables

The Category 5e system patch cords complete HellermannTytons MegaBand Category 5e system. When used with recommended horizontal cable and HellermannTytons connectivity line, the ultimate performance is achieved, far surpassing the Category 5e standard.

Category 5e Patch Cables

HellermannTytons Category 5e patch cords are assembled with T568A/T568B four pair stranded cable and tested to 350 MHz. They feature a strain relief boot, preventing excessive bending while reducing stress on the cable. It also features a snag-free boot, eliminating tangling. The boot and the cable are both colored.
